What skin types are Uzza Skincare products for?
Our products are suitable for all skin types: they are dermatologist-tested, hypoallergenic, non-irritating and formulated without parabens.

Do Uzza Skincare cosmetics have an expiry date?
It is recommended that they be used within 3 years of manufacture or 6 months after opening for best product quality.

Do Uzza Skincare cosmetics get damaged by heat or cold?
The texture may change if the product is subjected to higher or colder temperatures, but the effectiveness of the product will not be compromised.

Are Uzza Skincare cosmetics cruelty-free?
Yes.

Shippings

When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse (please allow 2-3 business days) you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

When will I receive my Uzza Skincare order?
The estimated shipping time is:
Spain: 24h
Rest of Europe: 2-3 working days
United Kingdom: 2-4 working days
United States: 3-6 working days

How can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
Send an email to [email protected] with details:

Billing & Payment methods

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Can I delete a saved payment method?
Of course you can. You can make this change on your Account page. If you need assistance, please email us at [email protected]

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order on uzzaskincare.com through PayPal, credit or debit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

My payment has been rejected, what should I do?
Check that your card’s billing details (such as security code and billing address) match those entered in our system. Also check that your card is not expired.

Returns and changes

Can I return my product?
Cosmetic and beauty products have no guarantee of return protected by law due to their nature of consumer goods. Returns will only be accepted if a product arrives in poor condition due to factory or transport problems. You must communicate this within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Wrong product
If the product delivered does not match the one ordered or has arrived in poor condition:

1. Contact us through [email protected]

2. Type the following mail subject: “Wrong item” or “Item in bad condition” + order number

3. Explain to us what has happened.

4. Attach photos of the order so that we can see how we can improve it.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Lost Refunds (when applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
